Shows

The Championship show  is very popular and receives great support. It is usually held in April and normally draws an entry of over 400.

The first Open Show is held on the second Sunday in January and  the second Open Show is held  on the second Saturday or Sunday in September, avoiding the Gundog day at the Richmond Championship Show. Both of these shows normally attract an entry of around 150.

Both our Championship and Open Shows provide a relaxed atmosphere for exhibitors to see the breed in depth and to watch judging of high quality. The Shows also provide a good opportunity to meet friends and discuss aspects of the Labrador with fellow enthusiasts.
